This fully remote, full-time role offers the opportunity to work with a highly regarded employment litigation team handling complex, high-stakes matters for prominent clients across multiple jurisdictions. Candidate Profile • JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record • Active Bar Admission in state of residence, in good standing • 8+ years of substantive in employment litigation, with a strong emphasis on EPLI matters • Significant experience handling employment-related claims, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and wrongful termination matters • Proven ability to manage EPLI cases from inception through resolution • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong advocacy and client-facing capabilities • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with a national team • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling highly sensitive and confidential matters Key Responsibilities • Handle a full caseload of EPLI matters, including litigation, mediation, and pre-litigation counseling • Represent insureds and insurers in employment-related disputes across state and federal forums • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement documentation with a high level of precision and strategic insight • Advise clients on employment law risk management and litigation strategy • Collaborate with attorneys and firm professionals nationwide on complex employment matters • Maintain strict compliance with ethical obligations and firm policies regarding confidentiality and sensitive information Why Join Us?
