Wapiti is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition/HR Generalist. This position is responsible for recruiting internal corporate talent while supporting HR operations, compliance, and employee experience across the organization. The role blends hands-on recruiting with HR partnership - balancing growth, compliance, culture, and operational excellence.
This is a full-time exempt position. The role is eligible for remote work and may require some limited travel, as needed. Candidates are expected to work during core business hours Monday-Friday however some after hours work may be needed.
Essential Functions/Competencies:
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for internal corporate roles (recruiters, sales, leadership, operations, finance, IT, etc)
• Develop sourcing strategies to create/maintain a pipeline of candidates ready for hire.
• Manage ATS and HRIS systems.
• Track and report recruiting metrics.
• Support onboarding experience to improve first 90 day success.
• Serve as HR point of contact for managers and employees.
• Assist with comp, benefits, compliance, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Working knowledge of employment law and compliance.
• Strong interviewing, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track and analyze people metrics.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS systems.

Qualifications:
• 3-7+ years of HR and/or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting in a staffing or sales-driven environment preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification a plus.
