Your role is to bring structure and strategy to our communications, identifying what’s working, what’s not, and where to focus our energy to catalyse real disciple-making outcomes.

What You’ll Do
Conduct a strategic audit of our current digital presence and systems
Deliver a comprehensive evaluation report with actionable recommendations
Develop a 90-day media strategy plan, including:
Content themes and posting rhythm
Channel-specific recommendations
Suggested workflows, automations, and tools
(Optional) Collaborate briefly with our media coordinator to implement quick wins

Written strategy report
Clear, actionable 90-day roadmap
Optional presentation or workshop session with our team
Ideal Candidate
Experienced in digital strategy or marketing system design, ideally with nonprofits, ministries, or movement-based organisations
A systems thinker — understands how storytelling, video, and multi-platform engagement work together
Skilled at creating efficient workflows for content creation, repurposing, and lead nurturing
Able to produce both strategic documentation and practical recommendations
Familiarity with faith-based or purpose-driven organisations is a plus

Duration: Approx. 4–6 weeks (part-time consulting)
