Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with GlamScents’ brand vision and business goals
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)
• Maintain and manage the content calendar to ensure consistent posting and campaign alignment
• Monitor trends within the beauty and fragrance industry to keep GlamScents relevant and competitive
Content Creation & Brand Support
• Assist with product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and influencer collaborations
• Capture and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
• Write compelling captions and product-focused content that reflects the GlamScents voice
• Support photoshoots, campaign planning, and creative brainstorming sessions
Community Engagement & Customer Support
• Monitor social channels daily and respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries professionally and promptly
• Engage with followers, influencers, and potential brand partners to build relationships
• Identify user-generated content opportunities and encourage community participation
Analytics & Growth Opportunities
• Track performance metrics and assist in preparing monthly social media reports
• Analyze engagement, reach, and conversion data to recommend improvements
• Research and identify new opportunities for GlamScents, including:
• Influencer partnerships
• Brand collaborations
• Giveaway campaigns
• Affiliate marketing programs
• Emerging platforms and trends
• Monitor competitors and suggest strategies to increase GlamScents’ market presence
Administrative & Marketing Support
• Assist the marketing team with campaign coordination and execution
• Help manage social media ad campaigns and audience targeting
• Organize digital assets and maintain brand consistency across platforms
• Support email marketing and website updates when needed
Qualifications
• Experience in social media management, marketing, or content creation
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other key platforms
• Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.) preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Passion for beauty, fragrance, and lifestyle brands
