Position: Dispatchers, Except Police, Fire, and Ambulance
Type: Independent Contractor
Compensation: $60–$100/hour
Location: US, UK, or Canada
Duration: 3–4 weeks
Commitment: 15+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
• Design questions related to your occupation as a Dispatcher to enhance AI model training.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality and performance.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure the use of a desktop or laptop computer for project tasks.
Qualifications
Must-Have
• 4+ years full-time work experience as a Dispatcher, Except Police, Fire, and Ambulance.
• Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
Compensation & Legal
• At-will contractor to Mercor.
• Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours.
• Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
