Senior Program Lead – Multi-Country HRIS & Payroll Transformation (Contract)
12+ Months – Europe (Hybrid/Remote)
Mission
Drive a large-scale transformation of HR, Payroll, and Finance processes across multiple European countries, overseeing the rollout of a new HRIS landscape, modernization of payroll interfaces, and implementation of a unified service delivery model. Full leadership of program governance, multi-country deployment, vendor management, and integration coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Global HRIS Program Leadership
- Lead a multi-country HRIS transformation covering Core HR, Payroll, Time, and Finance connectivity.
- Define program roadmap, manage dependencies, and coordinate workstreams across regions.
- Ensure alignment between global design and local country requirements.
SAP HR / Payroll / Finance Integration Oversight
- Orchestrate the deployment of SAP HR and payroll interfaces across dozens of countries.
- Supervise technical integration streams, including data migration, mapping, validation, and cutover.
- Ensure global templates are adhered to while managing local deviations.
Service Delivery & Operations Model Redesign
- Define future-state processes for HR operations, payroll coordination, and shared services.
- Establish SLAs, KPIs, governance cadence, and country-level delivery frameworks.
- Lead transition from project phase into stable global operations.
Vendor & Partner Management
- Coordinate major HR and payroll outsourcing providers across Europe.
- Govern performance of implementation partners, hosting providers, and technical integrators.
- Drive RFP processes for new services when required.
Change, Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Engage local HR, finance leaders, and IT stakeholders in 20–30+ countries.
- Lead communication planning, training preparation, and adoption activities.
- Host steering committees and executive-level reviews.
Ideal Consultant Profile
- Senior HR transformation program manager with experience across multiple countries.
- Strong background in SAP HR, payroll landscapes, and HR–Finance integration frameworks.
- Extensive experience running service delivery operations and global transitions.
- Comfortable coordinating outsourced delivery partners and managing complex technical workstreams.
- Confident leading large international programs with high visibility and tight timelines.
