Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior / Lead MS Dynamics CRM Project Manager with strong experience leading multiple full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
The role involves driving enterprise CRM transformation, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead 5+ full-cycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementations (Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service).
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.
Drive requirements gathering, solution alignment, integrations, and data migration.
Oversee UAT, deployment, governance, and post-go-live support.
Present project updates to executive stakeholders and steering committees.
Required Qualifications
12+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in CRM project management.
Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integrations (Azure, Power Platform), and customization.
Proven leadership, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
PMP or related certification preferred.
