**The Opportunity**
We're seeking highly motivated and customer-centric individuals to join our Inbound Call Center Team as a Customer Service Representative. **What You'll Bring**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Previous call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* High School diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
* A quiet designated work area at home, with minimal distractions and interruptions
* Ability to pass a drug screen and federal background check upon hire
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
