Job Description:
• Utilize communication, change management, and consulting expertise to manage client relationships
• Lead communication projects
• Plan development of effective multi-media communication and change management campaigns
• Manage large, complex client projects and relationships
• Consult with select clients at senior HR level
• Stay current with communication trends and delivery channels
• Create and nurture successful client relationships
• Mentor and coach junior consultants
• Analyze industry trends and address client needs
Requirements:
• 7+ years of relevant work experience
• Education of a Bachelor’s or higher in related discipline
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating creativity as well as HR/benefits expertise
• Comfortable with engaging with and presenting to clients
• Ability to collaborate efficiently and effectively with all stakeholders
• Ability to write and guide others to write compelling communication materials
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Demonstrated experience in coaching, leading and/or managing people
• Ability to partner with subject matter experts from other lines of business
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat
