Job Summary
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone and other channels of correspondence. You will be responsible for handling questions and concerns with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism, providing accurate answers to resolve end-user's questions and concerns, and adapting to continual changes to work instructions and procedures.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide superior customer service in a contact/call center environment through phone and other channels of correspondence.
- Handle questions and concerns with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
- Communicate and provide accurate answers to resolve end-user's questions and concerns.
- Adapt to continual changes to work instructions and procedures.
- Attend training as needed to stay up-to-date on products, services, and procedures.
- Listen to performance feedback and integrate suggestions into your daily tasks to continuously improve your performance.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proper telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills.
- Effective listening and comprehension skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical and resourceful problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate a strong attendance record and excellent work ethic.
- Use a respectful and tactful manner to deal with difficult situations effectively.
- Proficiency with technology, especially computers and software applications.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a call center.
- Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment is a plus.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to pass the government clearance process, including background and credit checks.
- Candidates will be required to submit fingerprints.
