We’re looking for a passionate Sales Manager for Poland who can increase the penetration of Alcoa Aluminum wheels in the Polish commercial vehicle market.
Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
Position Alcoa aluminum Wheels in order to achieve the largest possible market share of the truck wheel market for the relevant region. Sales include the trailer OEM, as well as the aftermarket (distribution).
Developing strategies and implementing action plans to increase the penetration rate of Alcoa aluminum Wheels for Commercial Vehicle (Truck, Bus, Trailer) vs. steel wheels by convincing fleets.
The incumbent is primarily accountable to penetrate his OEM’s, fleets and distributors at all levels and to convince these contacts to purchase Alcoa aluminum wheel products.
Work with and use available information, such as information from customer’s sales & marketing, R&D, production and engineering departments in order to understand the customer strategy and direction.
