Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for individuals with strong relationship-building skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to create and execute scalable sales processes. As part of our core team, you will play a critical role in expanding Evercove’s market presence and long-term business success. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships. • Identify and pursue business opportunities in target markets, including startups, technology companies, and corporate clients. • Build and maintain a structured pipeline of leads, prospects, and sales opportunities. • Collaborate with the leadership team to define sales targets, forecasts, and performance metrics. • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials tailored to client needs. • Track sales activities, follow-ups, and ensure accurate reporting and documentation. • Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions. Required Skills • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition. • Ability to convert complex offerings into clear, compelling value propositions. • Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple deals simultaneously. • Data-driven mindset with focus on achieving targets and KPIs. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in selling technology, innovation-driven solutions, or services to startups and corporate clients. • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales frameworks, and reporting dashboards. • Prior success in high-growth or equity-based startup environments.
