We were founded end of 2019 and currently:

Your main goal will be to drive the pipeline and shape our SDR playbook as we scale. You will be the front line of our sales efforts, connecting with potential customers and qualifying opportunities that turn into revenue for the business. You’ll connect with prospects across industries and regions, helping them discover the value of n8n.

To do so, here are your key responsibilities:

1- Engage with prospects

2- Build pipeline with outbound efforts

3- Administration & Reporting

4- Collaboration with the sales team

Requirements

Must-have

Technical curiosity: You love learning about automation & complex products

Strong communication skills: You ask thoughtful questions, simplify complex ideas, and focus on understanding, not just selling

Organized and methodical: You plan your day, track your work, and follow up consistently. You iterate on your efforts to get better results with each approach to the same task

Self-starter: You’re proactive, resourceful, and eager to contribute ideas, not just follow instructions

Nice-to-have

Experience in a B2B SaaS environment: You have experience working in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS startups.

Familiarity with workflow automation tools: You understand the power of automation and its use cases.
Proven track record as a top-performing SDR: You consistently exceed your KPIs and know how to build pipeline.
Interest in AI and integrations: You’re curious about how AI can enhance workflows and processes.
