We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Telephonic Triage Nurse to join our team at Galileo, a pioneering medical practice dedicated to transforming healthcare. As a Telephonic Triage RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to address clinical concerns.

Responsibilities:
- Triage and provide clinical support for incoming patient communications
- Conduct phone assessments of clinical symptoms to determine the best path of care
- Collaborate with clinical care teams to provide excellent patient care and develop processes for urgent care and virtual triage
Requirements:
- Licensed RN with 2+ years of experience in clinical triage
- Compact state licensure
- Excellent knowledge of chronic disease states, complex medical conditions, and clinical phone assessments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in high-acuity clinical environments (e.g., ED, ICU) and with multidisciplinary care teams
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (a plus)
- Experience in geriatrics (a plus)
