The SMB Account Executive will focus on outbound sales, identifying new business opportunities and conducting product demonstrations to show how LiveSwitch's technology can benefit small business owners.
Responsibilities
- Outbound Activity: You will spend the majority of your day on the phone. We prioritize high-volume outreach because it is the most effective way to find the businesses that need our help
- Demonstrations: You will lead product demos to show how LiveSwitch solves specific problems for a business owner
- Closing: You will manage the sales process from the initial call to the signed contract
- Accuracy: We expect you to maintain honest and accurate records of your activities in our CRM
Skills
- You must be able to speak clearly and persuasively with business owners who are often busy and stressed
- You don't need to be told to get to work. You are a self-starter who is comfortable with the repetitive nature of high-volume cold calling
- You should have a genuine interest in the success of small businesses
