They are seeking a Regional Associate to support the sales team by managing client engagement activities, scheduling meetings, and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Support the Regional Director in managing daily sales and client engagement activities
- Schedule face-to-face meetings, conference calls, and virtual appointments with Financial Advisors, RIAs, and Wirehouse partners
- Maintain advisor interactions and activities using Salesforce
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Director and Regional Consultant as part of a team-based sales effort
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including meeting preparation and follow-up
- Coordinate and set up Wirehouse breakfast and lunch meetings
- Participate in company-wide and team calls to stay aligned with business initiatives
- Complete required compliance training and adhere to firm policies and procedures
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or support role (financial services or professional services experience a plus)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort interacting with financial advisors and senior leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience supporting sales, regional leadership, or advisor-facing teams
- Event or seminar planning experience
- Professional demeanor with strong relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
