We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Employelevate! As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in improving the overall health of our communities by assisting our pharmacists in providing exceptional patient care. This is a remote opportunity with a competitive salary range of $23.75 - $33.86 USD hourly, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus and an amazing benefits package.

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Filling prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients
- Maintaining accurate patient records and managing inventory
- Collaborating with pharmacists to ensure compliance with regulations and excellent patient care
- Verifying insurance information and processing claims
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Pharmacy Technician Board certification (PTCB or NHA)
- Experience with third-party billing and electronic health records
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Compassion for patients and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task and anticipate future needs in a fast-paced environment
- Computer skills and commitment to supporting a safe, respectful, and equitable environment
