- Job and Route Management: Optimize job scheduling, routes, and technician assignments to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between our team members, affiliate partners, and customers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Administrative Duties: Manage invoicing, payment collection, and record-keeping, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service and sales roles, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
- Proficiency in using our software system, Serviceminder.io, or similar software.
- Familiarity with the pool industry is a plus, but not required.
