Responsibilities
• Introduce Hetmos to executives, shareholders, investors, high-net-worth families, or referring partners
• Identify opportunities involving:
• Company sales or acquisitions (M&A)
• Strategically valuable real estate transactions
• Complex wealth structuring challenges
• Qualify client needs and manage the initial relationship phase until handover to our internal teams
• Represent the Group with a level of posture, communication and credibility consistent with the luxury universe
• Build long-term trust-based relationships with both your contacts and our organization
Skills

• A strong, active network of executives, investors or high-decision-power clients
• Accustomed to working on confidential matters with significant financial stakes
• Junior profiles accepted: Early-career profiles, provided they are recommended to the target audience
• Strong interpersonal skills, natural credibility, and a high-end service mindset
• Ability to open qualified doors, even without initial technical expertise
• Impeccable presentation and controlled communication
• A thorough understanding of the codes of executives and affluent clients
• Absolute confidentiality regarding deals and relationships
• A long-term, value-driven approach rather than volume-based
• High personal standards in the quality of introductions made

• Compensation: 100% variable, high commissions on completed transactions
