• Generate new revenue and open doors with C‑level stakeholders
• Sell Data and AI transformation programmes to enterprise clients
• Build long‑term client relationships and secure flagship accounts
• Lead the commercial development of the US business
• Shape the go‑to‑market strategy and activate existing network opportunities
• Lay the groundwork for future team growth as the practice scales
Skills
• Proven commercial capability in consulting, ideally selling Data or AI transformation work
• Experience building business from scratch and initiating new market growth
• Ability to engage credibly with C‑level decision‑makers
• A strong network in the US market
