Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
• Enter new business listings and update existing records in arenaflex’s centralized database with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct thorough reviews of raw data sources, cross‑checking details such as address, phone number, operating hours, and service categories.
• Identify, flag, and resolve discrepancies, duplicates, or incomplete entries by liaising with internal teams and external partners.
• Maintain a high volume of data entry while adhering to established quality‑control standards and turnaround timelines.
• Implement and follow data security protocols to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance, Product, and Customer Support teams to prioritize data correction initiatives.
• Document common data entry challenges and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce error rates.

Essential Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management is a plus.
