**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our clients. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and efficient manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
* Provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience

* Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, driving business growth and customer satisfaction
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate records
* Upsell products or services as needed, driving revenue growth and customer loyalty
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring timely resolution
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring seamless customer experiences
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
* Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
