Key Responsibilities:

- Assist cardmembers with account inquiries, transaction disputes, billing issues, and general account maintenance tasks
- Educate cardmembers on American Express products, services, benefits, and rewards programs
- Process cardmember requests efficiently and accurately, adhering to established guidelines and procedures
- Identify opportunities to enhance the cardmember experience and provide feedback to relevant teams
- Stay updated on American Express policies, procedures, and product offerings to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to cardmembers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex cardmember issues and escalations
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or virtual environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to providing exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations
- Experience working in the financial services industry or knowledge of American Express products and services is a plus
