**Position Overview**
We're seeking an experienced Level 1 Chat Support Agent to join our remote team, where you'll play a vital role in assisting customers through live chat, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive support experience. **Responsibilities**
As a Level 1 Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Helping customers with processing payments and billing issues, account access issues, modifying plans and add-ons, processing cancellations and refunds, updating account information, and questions about different pricing plans available to customers
* Handling 2-3 concurrent live chats, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer service
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in customer support and technical areas
**Skills & Experience**
To succeed as a Level 1 Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:
* Over 3 years of level 1 chat support experience handling billing and account-related queries
* Experience with help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk
* Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
* Experience supporting customers using WordPress (nice to have)
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
