This leadership role! As the Team Leader must have a keen business sense, polished interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives. High energy, a servant mindset, and the ability to work alongside the leadership team are essential in order to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate must have a Real Estate background, Excellent Communicator, Goal Oriented, Motivated, and Vision. Team Lead must be able to do 10 personal real estate transactions a year and unlimited referrals! Responsibilities: - Train and Support team of agents - Answer agent questions on contracts, negotiations, strategies, goal planning - Teach weekly training classes - Motivate and Encourage all agents - Ensure team is meeting goals - Assist agents in meeting goals and working to find solutions to any issues - Hold accountability meetings and small group training's Qualifications: A successful candidate must have: - Real Estate Experience and a Real Estate License - Be a proven leader, a great communicator, a consultant, a trainer, ambitious - Proven success- with a great personal reputation of integrity Job Type: Full-time Pay: Varies Based on production Experience: - Real Estate: 3 year (Required) License/Certification: - Real Estate License (Required) COVID-19 Precaution(s): - Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place
