What You'll Do As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Validating ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners - Ensuring accurate PO (Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other future EDI platforms) entry as the front line for data entry, including pushing back on incorrect or subpar data - Checking and validating accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases - Providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals, developing creative solutions to customer issues - Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken - Providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing process - Supporting the Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails, and fax, researching responses with sales - Building relationships with hospital billing specialists and supporting surgery product usage questions to accelerate billing process, following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies - Supporting Sales Reps in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies What You Need To succeed in this role, you will need: - A High School Diploma or GED - Two (2) years' relevant work experience While experience as an account representative and proficiency in Oracle are preferred, we welcome candidates with transferable skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
