Job Description:
• Identify customers with business potential across multiple hotels/markets for Hyatt hotels.
• Identify and introduce all key buyers within targeted organizations to Hyatt.
• Develop and document account intelligence within Hyatt’s CRM.
• Educate buyers on Hyatt’s brands and values to build preference and loyalty between organizations.
• Gain inclusion of Hyatt hotels in group, transient, and project business sourcing requests.
• Support collaborative communication between hoteliers and customers to negotiate and win business.
• Engage with hotel sales teams, operators, and owners to build rapport and increase awareness of HSF-National Sales.
• Stay current on market conditions, forecasts, and trends.
• Utilize information proactively to drive sales.
• Maintain a high level of productivity while working independently in a fast-paced and relatively autonomous environment.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of hotel sales experience, including both full and select service hotels.
• Strong sales knowledge and proven track record of business development within transient and group segments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledgeable of customer sourcing and booking tools such as Cvent, Cvent Transient, HopSkip, Concur, GetThere, etc.
• Experience with industry data tools such as Knowland Group, Amadeus Hotelligence suite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Sales, or Business preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
