Role Description
This is a fully remote contract role for an Advisor, Consultant & Coach at ProAdvisorCoach. The role involves guiding clients through personalized coaching sessions, conducting assessments to identify growth areas, and co-creating actionable strategies to overcome challenges. Responsibilities include fostering consistent client engagement, facilitating discussions to unlock potential, aligning goals, and monitoring progress to ensure measurable outcomes. Advisors will draw on both coaching and consulting methods to help clients achieve personal and organizational excellence.
Qualifications
• Coaching-based skills, including strong interpersonal and communication abilities, active listening, and understanding the psychology of human behavior
• Consulting proficiency, such as strategic planning, problem-solving, and results-driven methodology
• Adaptability and innovation skills to tailor approaches to diverse client needs
• Ability to leverage tools like the MindScan and other assessment methods to uncover client blind spots
• Experience delivering measurable success in personal or organizational growth
• Track record of building trusted client relationships remotely
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field (desired but not required)
• Previous experience in coaching, consulting, mentorship, or leadership roles is a plus
• Self-driven, highly organized, and ability to work independently as a contractor
