Presales Consultant - Softeon

IFS is a billion-dollar revenue company delivering award-winning enterprise software solutions. The Presales Consultant will serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, collaborating with the sales team and clients to design compelling solutions using the IFS Softeon decision analytics platform.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering engaging product presentations and tailored software demonstrations
• Manage and customize demo environments, scripts, and technical assets
• Collaborate with Account Executives to define sales strategies and close deals
• Build strong relationships with prospect stakeholders and partners
• Represent IFS Softeon at trade shows and industry events
• Design enterprise architecture solutions for prospective clients and help them visualize how IFS Softeon solutions would fit within their organization
• Influence product evolution through client insights and market trends
• Respond to RFXs, scope projects, and support proposal development
• Configuring software for custom demonstrations
• Contribute to internal team development and process improvement initiatives

Skills

• Background in presales consulting, with 1 to 2 years+ experience with WMS, software presales/delivery, or equivalent experience
• Interpersonal skills, including creativity and curiosity with ability to effectively communicate and influence solution direction to both technical and non-technical audiences alike across all organizational levels
• You're a natural presenter - engaging and dynamic
• Demonstrated problem solving and creative skills, ability to exercise sound judgment on the fly and dynamically navigating from problem to solution on your feet and in the same breath
• Resilient, proactive, and inquisitive by nature
• You crave personal improvement, and don't shy away from asking questions, sharing your opinion, and receiving feedback
• You have a strong team spirit, viewing ultimate success as that of the group, not the individual
• Experience leveraging AI is preferred
• Previous experience in WMS, presales, consulting or solution design with other software solutions such as SAP, Oracle, IBM, is preferred
• Alternatively, experience with other technology solutions in any of the key industries mentioned above will be highly regarded
