Job Overview

CNB Bank is seeking a committed IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team in a part-time remote capacity. This pivotal role is essential for the seamless operation of our computer systems, ensuring that both hardware and software components are functioning effectively for our end users. You will be tasked with managing incoming service requests, prioritizing issues, documenting... resolutions, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). This position also offers the opportunity to engage in various projects aimed at enhancing our IT Service Management (ITSM) systems and supporting our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
? Act as the first point of contact for incoming requests via phone, web portal, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and courteous resolutions to user inquiries.
? Monitor trends in documented resolutions to proactively mitigate recurring issues.
? Troubleshoot and resolve application and software issues related to critical systems such as servers and databases.
? Perform hands-on support at the desktop level, including software installations and hardware upgrades.
? Document incidents accurately and escalate complex issues to senior technicians when necessary.
? Collaborate with team members on various IT projects and service ticket resolutions.
? Contribute to maintaining the technical knowledge base and communicate effectively with stakeholders during service disruptions.

Required Skills
? Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
? Familiarity with workstations, printers, servers, and other network-connected devices.
? Proficient in basic mathematics for interpreting data and computing rates.
? Strong reasoning skills to follow instructions and effectively resolve practical issues.

Qualifications
? Preferred: A college degree or advanced education in computer science, information systems management, or a related field.
