I. Job Overview The VP of Technology is one of the company's core technology leaders, responsible for implementing technology strategy and building the engineering system, connecting business and technology, and driving the development of trading systems, data platforms, and product technology capabilities. They typically report to the CTO or CIO and must be able to both architect and lead a team.

Strategy and Architecture Design
* Participate in the formulation of the company's overall technology strategy.
* Design core system architectures (trading system, clearing system, risk control system).
* Promote the construction of microservices and distributed systems.
* Ensure the system has high availability (HA) and high scalability.

Engineering Team
Management
* Manage the engineering team (backend, frontend, data, infrastructure).
* Establish an engineering culture (Agile, DevOps, Code Review).
* Recruit and develop core technical talent (Tech Leads / Architects).

Construction (Finance Focus)
* Trading System (Matching Engine / OMS / EMS)

III. Job Requirements (Qualifications)
Education Background
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
Master's degree preferred
Work Experience
10-15 years of software development experience
5 years of team management experience
Experience in financial or high-concurrency systems preferred
Technical Skills
Programming Languages: Java / C++ / Go / Python
Experience in distributed system architecture
Databases (SQL / NoSQL)
Cloud Platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
Familiarity with low-latency systems (especially trading systems)
