The New Business Operations Associate will provide excellent service and support while handling administrative tasks to enhance the client experience and facilitate the movement of client funds.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for following up on participant rollovers in a timely manner
- Responsible for responding to emails and other participant inquiry in a timely manner
- Work directly with financial intermediaries to ultimately channel assets into John Hancock
- Connect with Third Party Administrators and Plan Sponsors to facilitate rollover process
- Complete daily and weekly operational activities while following department policies and procedures
- Respond to routine inquiries from various operation teams both internal and external
- Oversee data integrity requirements
- Proactively share knowledge to ensure team objectives are met
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent written communication, phone demeanor, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of financial services is a plus
