As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, responding to consumer inquiries and issues, and meeting performance goals in areas such as efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues via inbound calls * Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests * Meet performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences * Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to clients **Requirements** * 1 year of recent call center experience * 6 months of previous remote work experience * High School diploma or equivalent required * Bilingual Spanish proficiency (test required) * Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment * Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools * Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach * Proficiency in software applications, including CRM software * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong time management and organizational skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
