The Media Manager, Paid Social is responsible for the strategic oversight and hands-on management of paid social media activations, including strategy development, tactical planning, and performance analysis for various clients.
Responsibilities
- Support paid social strategy development by compiling client research, competitive data, and social platform information
- Manage tactical planning and buying for paid media across all major social platforms, including Meta, X (formerly Twitter), Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Analyze campaign data, pull regular reports, and provide actionable recommendations for performance optimization
- Translate complex data into clear, insightful reports for both client and internal stakeholders
- Stay current with new ideas, trends, and technologies within the social media landscape to innovate and educate
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in paid social media management; agency experience is preferred
- Required hands-on experience with the native ads managers for Meta, X (formerly Twitter), Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Experience with health or pharmaceutical clients is a plus
- Relevant platform certifications are a plus
