Job Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Airline Attendants at Delta Airlines. As a key member of our cabin crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our passengers, providing exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome passengers on board, direct them to their seats, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the flight
- Assist passengers with storing their luggage, conducting safety checks, and briefing them on safety procedures
- Serve meals and refreshments, provide first aid and medical care when necessary, and handle passenger queries and complaints effectively
- Maintain a tidy and organized cabin environment, ensuring compliance with all airline regulations and safety standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a flight attendant or in customer service is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and meet physical requirements (e.g., reach height of 212 cm, lift heavy objects)
