Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Events Concierge to join our team at Renaissance Hotels, a brand that embodies the spirit of spontaneous exploration and neighborhood discovery. As an Events Concierge, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every event, from corporate meetings to social gatherings, is executed flawlessly and exceeds our guests' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with group coordinators and hosts to ensure seamless event execution, including introductions, arrangements, and special requests
- Analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information, determine setup and timelines, and identify specific needs and preferences
- Respond to and fulfill special event arrangements, following up to ensure compliance and attention to detail
- Provide exceptional guest service, welcoming and acknowledging all guests, anticipating their needs, and thanking them with genuine appreciation
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhering to company standards and ensuring confidentiality of proprietary information
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting the team to reach common goals and ensuring adherence to quality expectations

Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience in events, hospitality, or a similar field
- No supervisory experience required, but a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences is essential
