Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Client Service Associate to join our team at Workwarp. As a key member of our Wealth Management department, you will provide exceptional support to our Executive Wealth Advisors, ensuring seamless client experiences and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Executive Wealth Advisors throughout the sales cycle, addressing client needs and providing tailored solutions
- Manage client servicing needs, process paperwork, and handle financial transactions with precision and efficiency
- Maintain and update our CRM system, ensuring accurate data and timely communication with clients
- Support marketing efforts, coordinate meetings, and develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Services, with a strong understanding of the securities and insurance industries
- FINRA Series 7, 63, 65/66, and State Insurance License
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Software
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and business growth
