- Join our thriving trial-focused patent and trade secret practice in San Francisco
- Take on lead roles in major litigation, including taking and defending depositions, writing and arguing substantive motions, and meaningful participation on trial teams, including preparing witnesses, pretrial argument, and strategy
Skills
- Graduated law school between 2022 - 2019
- Juris Doctorate Degree
- Robust writing, drafting and editing skills
- Clerkships and trial experience are always beneficial
- Undergraduate degree in the engineering, chemistry, biology and/or computer science fields are valuable but not required
