Information Security & Compliance Lead

Summary
T2S Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Information Security & Compliance Lead with strong knowledge of CMMC Level 2 requirements, expertise in Microsoft Intune and Azure Active Directory, and solid overall IT administration skills. The ideal candidate will support our cybersecurity compliance initiatives, manage secure Microsoft cloud environments, and provide hands-on technical support across the organization.
Responsibilities
CMMC & Cybersecurity Compliance
- Support implementation and maintenance of CMMC Level 2 security controls
- Assist in documenting policies, procedures, SSPs, POAMs, and compliance evidence
- Participate in cybersecurity audits, assessments, and readiness reviews
- Monitor and support compliance with NIST SP 800-171, DFARS, and DoD cybersecurity requirements
- Work with leadership to improve security posture and remediation plans
Microsoft Cloud Administration
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune for device management, compliance policies, app deployment, and security baselines
- Manage Azure Active Directory, including user lifecycle management, conditional access, MFA, and identity governance
- Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams
General IT Support
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for hardware, software, networking, and system issues
- Maintain Windows-based endpoints, servers, and virtual environments
- Implement and monitor endpoint security tools (AV, EDR, threat protection)
- Assist with patch management, imaging, and configuration of workstations
- Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, inventories, and configuration records
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Bachelors degree preferred and 3-5+ years of experience
- Hands-on experience with CMMC Level 2 or NIST SP 800-171 compliance
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager)
- Strong proficiency with Azure Active Directory administration
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices, access control, and system hardening
- 3+ years of general IT experience (helpdesk, systems admin, or similar)
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in DoD contracting, federal compliance, or secure environments
- Familiarity with GCC High / Microsoft 365 Government preferred
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Relevant certifications (Security+, Azure Administrator, CCSP, CYSA+, etc.)
- Experience with SIEM tools, logging, and monitoring
