I’m looking for a capable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a range of ongoing tasks across multiple projects, including a Catholic music initiative and an e-commerce business.
This is a long-term role for someone who is organized, resourceful, and able to operate independently across a wide variety of responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- General admin (invoices, forms, filings, renewals)
- Online research and structured data organization
- Vendor and customer support follow-up (including Amazon Seller Central)
- Preparing clean, well-designed documents (Docs, PDFs, spreadsheets)
- Miscellaneous operational tasks as needed
Core Skills
You should be comfortable and experienced with:
- Spreadsheet work (organization, cleanup, structured data)
- Basic graphic design / clean document formatting
- Amazon Seller Central
- Using AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) to improve speed and quality of work
- Fast, accurate online research
Requirements
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized
- Strong written English
- Able to follow instructions precisely
- Resourceful and able to figure things out independently
- Reliable and responsive
Work Structure
-Starting at 10–15 hours/week
- Long-term role with potential to grow
- Work tracked via Upwork time tracker (with activity monitoring)
