Key Clinical Responsibilities
In this position, you will serve as the attending physician of record for every patient admitted to the Home Hospital service. Your day‑to‑day activities will include:
- Direct Home Visits: Conduct thorough histories, physical examinations, and bedside procedures during scheduled in‑home appointments within a defined service radius.
- Virtual Patient Management: Perform tele‑health consults, assess urgent issues, and provide real‑time guidance to patients and family members using secure video platforms.

Qualifications – What We Require
Essential Credentials
- Board‑Certified/Board‑Eligible (BC/BE) in Internal Medicine.
