Mortgage Advice Bureau is the UK’s leading mortgage network, known for its expertise in Mortgage and Protection advice. They are seeking a Financial Transactions Assistant to ensure commission payments are processed accurately, handle commission statements, and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Making sure commission payments are processed and reconciled like clockwork
- Handling imports of commission statements
- Working with insurance providers and lenders daily
- Solving email and banking queries with a smile
- Delivering top-notch customer service over the phone
- Keeping our banking platform and systems accurate and up to date
Skills
- Experience in a financial environment (or a keen interest to learn!)
- Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Microsoft Office know-how (Word, Excel, Teams)
- A sharp eye for detail and great organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
