Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced customer support representatives to join our team as virtual customer support agents. This is a third-party 1099 opportunity that offers flexible hours, with all hours/shifts available, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime. You will have the flexibility to choose your own hours, as long as you work a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone and/or video calls and live chats over the internet from your home office to assist individuals with customer-related support questions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Use your home computer and internet connection to access our systems and tools.
• Participate in training and certification programs to develop your skills and knowledge.
• Work independently in a home office setting with minimal supervision.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience (call center or phone support experience preferred).
• A high level of professionalism and a phone adequate for business purposes.
• Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills.
• Availability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary.
• A willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments.
• A home office setting with a computer/laptop, internet connection, and headset hookups.

Technical Requirements

To ensure you have the necessary technical capabilities to perform this role, you will need to have:

• A CPU i5 (or equivalent), with i7 recommended (no Atom, Celeron, Pentium, or Opteron processors).
• An internet download speed of 5Mbs down speed minimum and an upload speed of 3Mbs up speed minimum.
• A network latency of 250 MS latency max.
• An operating system of Win 8.1 (64bit) or Win 10 (64bit).
• A minimum of 4GB RAM, with 8GB recommended.
• A home office setup with an ethernet cord to connect to your computer.
• A desktop or laptop connected to a nearby router or wall for firewall/security purposes (Chromebooks, iPads, or similar devices are not acceptable).
