As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of Wayfair, working to build relationships with customers who reach out to us via inbound calls, chats, and emails. Your primary goal will be to provide compassionate support, navigating an array of post-order issues, such as delivery questions, damages, returns, replacements, assembly services, and order notifications. You will be expected to handle a high volume of interactions, approximately 50-60 calls per shift, in a fast-paced and highly organized environment.

• Meet our superior performance bar by exceeding customer satisfaction and achieving customer care proficiency metrics
• Professionally connect with clients, listening effectively and showing empathy to understand their concerns
• De-escalate client concerns using peace-making skills to balance the needs of the customer with the options available from the business
• Issue tackle and think systematically to solve customer problems in a first-contact resolution approach
• Be educated and perform multiple tasks, navigating various programs, tabs, tools, and separate orders to quickly and effectively answer questions
• Elevate fundamental issues, identifying areas where improvement is required for Wayfair customers and offering any patterns with leadership

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Hold a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Be able to read, write, and understand Spanish and English
• Have knowledge of working within Windows Operating Systems or equivalent
• Be available to attend our 100% mandatory training program, which cannot accommodate any misses, downtime, or lateness
