Job Summary

As a Tier 1 Customer Support Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing front-line support via phone and email. Your primary focus will be on addressing common customer issues, providing "how-to" support for SaaS product usage questions, and resolving product or service problems in a timely and professional manner. You'll be responsible for maintaining established Service Level Objectives, identifying product problems that require additional expertise, and escalating issues to the Tier 2 team as needed.
