**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service Representative – Transaction Support, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling a wide range of interactions, including phone calls, online chats, and text messages. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer has a seamless and enjoyable experience, from initial contact to final sale. Your key responsibilities will include:

* The ability to meet minimum technology requirements (type of internet service and speed of internet service)
* A willingness to live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
