Key Responsibilities

• Greet patrons and guests, ensuring a visibly positive and approachable composure to promote patron-employee relations
• Assist all customers with various questions and problems in customer service areas
• Perform basic cleaning responsibilities, including trash, equipment, and laundry
• Set up and operate special events, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all attendees
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all patrons by completing assigned shifts, duties, and enforcing facility policies

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Current American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, and Standard First Aid certifications, or obtained within the first 30 days of employment
• BBP Certification obtained within the first 30 days of employment
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people
• Basic cleaning and maintenance skills, with the ability to perform tasks such as trash removal and equipment cleaning
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications
