Job Title: Analytics Engineer (Workiva & Snowflake)

Key Requirements & Responsibilities
• 5-7+ years of experience working with Workiva (WDesk and WData) in enterprise reporting environments.
• Review, configure, and optimize WData worksheets sourcing data from enterprise data warehouses.
• Design and implement event-based WData Chains to automate data retrieval from Snowflake.
• Optimize WData Chain performance and develop operationalization and monitoring strategies.
• Strong experience with Snowflake, including SQL development and query optimization for reporting use cases.
• 5+ years of experience in data processes, including data ingestion, transformation, and validation.
• 3-5 years of ETL programming experience using SQL, Python, or similar data pipeline technologies.
• Solid understanding of MIS processes, financial metrics, and enterprise reporting structures.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, supporting finance or business stakeholders.
• Review and optimize links between WDesk documents and WData worksheets to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Provide production support for finance teams during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data Engineering, and IT teams to deliver scalable and reliable Workiva solutions.
