Job Highlights and Overview
As a Senior Product Manager Technical on our Climate Pledge Friendly team, you will play a critical role in driving the technical design and roadmap for a significant portion of our sustainability customer experience. This includes expanding our Climate Pledge Friendly initiative worldwide, innovating on discovery features, and leveraging next-generation technology to help customers make sustainable choices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize roadmap features, define new capabilities, and drive product development to deliver on customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the technical design and roadmap for sustainability customer experience initiatives, including expanding Climate Pledge Friendly worldwide and innovating on discovery features
- Coordinate complex product initiatives across internal teams and stakeholders to prioritize roadmap features and define new capabilities
- Work backwards from customer needs, diving deep into data to understand issues and driving product development to deliver on those needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to deliver on product initiatives
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the technical capabilities and limitations of our products and services
- Contribute to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to our products
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition for technical products or services
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product, including contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy
- Experience managing technical products or online services, with a strong understanding of technical capabilities and limitations

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
Our compensation package is competitive and reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. In addition to your base pay, you will also be eligible for a range of perks and benefits, including:
