**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Preparation and Conveyance Activities group. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives. You will work closely with our business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop data-driven solutions to drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Build a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to our internal groups and functional partners
* Support the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance financial cycles across the organization
* Support internal business work processes, such as administration costing, labor force management, and asset planning
* Work with different data systems and deliver ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, and emergency response
* Archive work processes related to key cycles, data collection and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes
* Work with Data Architects and system designers to support documentation and execution of data set plans
* Construct vital dynamic structures and write scripts that help us automate and expand
* Gifted in refining insights from data and combining and making compelling storytelling for executive audiences
* Support Planning and Conveyance Activities with impromptu demands from our partners
**Essential Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data science, or technical fields
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Accounting, Informatics, or Software Engineering
* Experience working with data and data control software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet
* Understanding of social data set plan and capability
* Strong math and analytical skills
* You are an exhibited self-starter and you give solid critical thinking, unwavering discernment, and conveying, and excellent leadership
* Successful collaboration and time management skills
* You carry areas of strength for a to detail, with a capacity to make a step back and grasp the master plan
* You have astounding written and oral communication skills
* A showed capacity to work with design delivery groups to examine technical ideas
* Experience with Success, Smartsheet, or potentially AirTable
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a technical field
* Experience working with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or QlikView
* Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure
